Operations Executive

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join ROMI Beauty — a fast-growing Singapore indie/cult beauty brand. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves beauty, and enjoys turning ideas into seamless execution, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee inventory management, including stock reconciliation, tracking product movement, and supporting regular cycle counts

2. Assist with order processing, fulfilment coordination, and stock allocation

3. Support logistics and shipment coordination, including liaising with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners on timelines and deliveries

4. Assist with purchase orders, shipping arrangements, and operational documentation

5. Maintain accurate data entry, records, and internal documentation

6. Handle customer service matters, including inquiries, exchanges, and returns

8. Assist with event and pop-up preparations, including sampling, packing, and logistics coordination

9. Manage office operations, including supplies, pantry, equipment, and workspace organisation

10. Support simple design tasks (e.g. social media assets, marketing materials, event collaterals, eDMs)

12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills to have:

1. Basic design skills (e.g. Canva/Adobe/Photoshop/Illustrator)

2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills

3. Detail-oriented with good data and inventory management

4. Basic understanding of logistics and operations

5. Good communication and coordination skills

6. Customer-focused and service-oriented

7. Proficient in spreadsheets and operational tool

8. Hands-on, proactive, and a team player
