  • Degree/Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry

  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays


Our Client a cafe which have multiple outlet in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Operation Executive (Central Kitchen).


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Daily Deliveries to Stores

  • Manage and oversee the timely and accurate packing and dispatch of daily production runs to internal points of sale.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving daily production run-related issues and supporting the stores in maintaining a healthy daily inventory level.

  • Manage communications channels with Logistics Coordinators and the Order Fulfillment Team to ensure smooth and efficient completion of deliveries to stores.

  • Oversee the accurate packing and timely dispatch of all store and hot kitchen requisitions.

  1. Foods Inventory

  • Manage and oversee the packing process for all PV Foods inventory to achieve inventory quantities determined by Management in a timely fashion.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all packed PV Foods consistently meet the packaging requirements and standards as determined by Management.

  • Manage proper storage of all PV Foods inventory, including (i) maintaining the usable condition of existing stock, and (ii) tracking the shelf life of each production batch, to ensure timely sale of inventory within shelf life periods and minimize overall wastage due to expiry or damage.

  1. E-commerce & 3P Sales

  • Manage overall process of order fulfilment for Same Day Orders, Advance Orders, third party orders, SmallBigEat orders and PV Foods orders to ensure timely and accurate packing and dispatch of orders.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and solving order fulfilment related issues.

  • Responsible for ensuring the Order Fulfillment team meets customer service expectations in line with PV’s brand experience guidelines.

  • Responsible for actively reducing customer complaints and customer service recovery issues.

  • Improve revenue performance for Same Day sales through cooperation with the Brand team in improving the user experience and order flow of the website.

  • Actively make suggestions to improve order fulfillment processes in order to improve the workflow or accuracy of the team.

  • Prepare Post Mortem reports in relation to order fulfillment processes for seasonal product campaigns.

  1. General Inventory, Wastage, Logistics Costs

  • Oversee quarterly or annual stock take process for order fulfillment materials; responsible for maintaining adequate levels of supplies on a day-to-day basis

  • Responsible for reducing wastage of all order fulfillment-related inventory (including but not limited to packaging materials, PV Foods stock and bakes inventory)

  • Responsible for submission and managing of daily bakes requisition quantities.

  • Responsible for maintaining (and minimizing) third party logistics costs arising due to order fulfillment

  1. Staffing. Training & Team Compliance

  • Responsible for preparing and proposing staffing arrangements for the Order Fulfillment

  • Team with direction from Management

  • Conduct training for the Order Fulfillment Team (new and existing members) to achieve the objectives above.

  • Responsible for updating SOP resources (including Playbook or order fulfillment guidelines)

  • Oversee overall cleanliness, tidiness of workstation, Packaging Room and other order fulfillment-related storage areas in line with government regulations and internal standards.

  • Ensure all SOP are met consistently by the Order Fulfillment Team in line with operational protocol and to achieve the brand experience guidelines.

  • Assist with performance appraisals for team members.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.

  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
