Operations Executive (Engagement and Content) - Digital Engagement
As part of the business operations team, you will be working closely with the team to plan and execute TADA’s strategy and business plans. You will be challenged to find solutions, make data-driven decisions for complex problems and have a chance to lead and shape various initiatives to empower our external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to push boundaries, experiment new ideas and embrace learning to take on the impossible and drive growth in this ever-changing, fast-paced niche industry.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead strategic campaigns and initiatives to strengthen relationships with TADA’s driver community, while driving acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Plan, coordinate, and execute driver engagement events, outreach activities, and community initiatives to enhance driver satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop, grow, and manage a strong network of driver ambassadors and community advocates to strengthen engagement, gather on-ground insights, and foster a positive driver ecosystem.
Build and maintain close relationships with key driver partners, encouraging community participation and creating channels for feedback and collaboration.
Develop and manage communication materials for drivers across multiple channels, including EDMs, in-app communications, social media, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
Support acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted campaigns, engagement programs, and strategic messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and key stakeholders through proactive follow-ups, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout their journey with TADA.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation and post-launch support.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to understand driver behavior, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable initiatives and improvements.
Develop strong knowledge of the ride-hailing industry and driver journey to support the design of meaningful value propositions and engagement strategies.
Oversee and moderate social media and community channels to ensure appropriate content, timely responses, and a positive driver community experience.
Support operational processes, regulatory-related operations, and preparation of operational documentation where required.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives to support overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Abilities
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related disciplines.
Previous experience in communications, content, marketing, operations, or related roles is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (E.g., Word/PowerPoint/Excel) skills
Experience with EDM platforms and content management is an advantage
Familiarity with Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus
