Operations Executive (Fashion)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth running of our fashion business. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely execution of projects, from production to delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a keen understanding of fashion operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, fabrics, and accessories.

  • Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.

• Production & Quality Oversight:

  • Assist in planning and monitoring production schedules with manufacturers or in-house production teams.

  • Ensure product quality meets brand standards before dispatch.

  • Liaise with design and merchandising teams to align production with collections.

• Logistics & Distribution:

  • Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules with logistics partners.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and order fulfillment.

  • Ensure smooth flow of products from warehouse to retail outlets or e-commerce platforms.

• Administrative Support & Reporting:

  • Prepare operational reports, sales forecasts, and inventory updates.

  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor payments as needed.

  • Maintain organized files and documentation for audits or internal reviews.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest improvements.

  • Implement best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
