Operations Executive (Last Mile Delivery & Logistics)

We are a fast-growing logistics and transportation company in Singapore, specializing in last-mile delivery solutions. We provide efficient and reliable delivery services across the island, supporting e-commerce and business distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution

- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve productivity and reduce costs

- Monitor delivery performance and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met

- Liaise with drivers, warehouse team, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations

- Handle operational issues, delays, and customer escalations professionally

- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

- Prepare reports on delivery performance and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations-related roles

- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or logistics systems is an advantage
