Le Petit Society is a renowned baby and kids clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our e-commerce operations and timely delivery of orders to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the e-commerce order fulfilment, from picking and packing to shipping out orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
Prepare weekly re-stocks to our physical stores and other distribution channels, as well as update stock numbers in our e-commerce platform to ensure they are accurately reflected online
Stock count for new arrivals, split stocks for our physical stores and online channels, and update stock numbers in the platform accordingly
Upkeep of the warehouse, such as ensuring physical stocks are properly kept in a tidy manner
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, is preferred
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
Effective communication skills, and able to work well in a team
