Operations Executive (Retail Operations Support)

Bee Cheng Hiang is looking for a hands-on and organised Operations Executive (Retail Operations) who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment.

As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will support daily retail operations across our outlets, ensuring smooth store operations, effective promotion execution, and high service standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating retail activities and working closely with store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations Support

• Provide operational and administrative support to retail outlets and coordinate closely with frontline supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations

• Liaise with outlets on operational matters, promotion updates, and store support

POS & Promotion Execution

• Support POS operations including promotion setup, price updates, and coordination with internal teams or vendors when required

• Assist in planning and executing retail promotions, marketing campaigns, and events

• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotions across outlets

Inventory & Delivery Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement across outlets and coordinate replenishment where necessary

• Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to retail outlets

Sales Monitoring & Customer Service

• Track sales performance and promotion results, providing basic analysis and operational insights

• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback via phone or online channels while maintaining service quality

Administrative Support

• Prepare sales and operational reports to support retail management decisions

• Perform administrative duties to support retail operations and campaign activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (candidates without experience are welcome to apply)

• Passionate about retail operations and customer experience

• Detail-oriented with good coordination and organisational skills

• Honest, responsible and hardworking

• Motivated self-starter who is hands-on with a positive team-oriented attitude

• Independent and able to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment

• Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues and retail teams at all levels
