Job Description
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders across all platforms
- Manage stock counts, reordering alerts, and warehouse organization
- Handle customer inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, and email
- Basic product photography for listings and social media
- Update inventory systems, track shipments, manage returns
Who We're Looking For
- Poly/Uni student in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with spreadsheets
- Physically able to handle packing and light warehouse work
- Bonus: E-commerce platform experience (Shopee/Lazada seller backend)
What You'll Get
