Operations Intern (Platform Experience) - Ride-hailing

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
$1,200 monthly

Duties:

• Evaluate the end-to-end platform experience for both drivers and riders through real-world testing

• Identify and document issues related to navigation and app usability

• Collaborate with various teams to surface key insights and recommend improvements

• Support testing and validating new app features by running related tests

• Assist in driver or rider feedback collection and compile findings for internal teams

• Support the creation of internal user journey documentation, test cases, or SOPs to inform future rollouts

• Participate in brainstorms and platform growth discussions, bringing a user-first perspective to feature design

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Related fields

• Passionate about product experiences, mobility, and how technology meets real-world usage

• Familiar with navigating Singapore’s roads and transport landscape

• Comfortable working independently, documenting issues clearly, and thinking from a user’s perspective

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude; enjoys field testing and problem-solving.
