Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order fulfillment, ensuring accurate packing and timely deliveries to outlets and partners.
Manage food inventory, storage, and stock rotation to minimize wastage and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Supervise e-commerce and third-party order processes, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and order accuracy.
Track and report on stock usage, wastage, and logistics costs to support operational goals.
Lead and train team members, ensuring compliance with SOPs and maintaining workplace cleanliness.
Support management in staffing, reporting, and special projects as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
3-5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
