Must have a Bachelor's degree or above (excellent associate degree holders will also be considered)
Passionate about operations, with relevant internship experience preferred; understanding of basic e-commerce or fresh food industry operations is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; responsible, meticulous, patient, quick learner, able to adapt to new environments and tasks, and able to work under pressure.
Able to communicate in Chinese/English.
Complete various basic tasks, such as collecting, organizing, and updating market data, industry trends, and competitor information to support operational strategy formulation.
Participate in product information management, maintain basic product data, including product listing, delisting, and price adjustments, ensuring product information is accurate
Conduct customer operations, handle customer inquiries and complaints, follow up on customer feedback, optimize customer service processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct data statistics and analysis, collect and organize operational data such as GMV, order volume, and customer retention rate, and create simple data reports to provide a data foundation for operational decisions.
Participate in the planning and execution of some small-scale marketing activities, complete pre-event preparations, execution work, and post-event summary analysis.
Communicate and coordinate daily operational matters within the team, promptly convey work information, follow up on work progress, and ensure the smooth progress of all tasks.
