Operations Supervisor (Logistics | East)

The Opportunity:

2. Working hours: M-F 8.30am to 5.30pm/Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm

Our client is an international logistics and e-commerce delivery company focusing on cross-border parcel, mail, and fulfilment solutions supporting e-commerce businesses globally. They are hiring for an operations supervisor to lead and supervise the team to ensure operations run smoothly.

The Job:

• Lead the dispatch team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee the sorting, scanning, and timely dispatch of shipments in accordance with operational standards.
• Monitor shipment volumes, manpower allocation, and operational performance.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

The Talent:

• 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team
• 8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics environment
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with warehouse management and shipment tracking systems is an advantage.
