1、 Job positioning

This position is the business start-up core of the brand's Singapore branch. Two months before joining, it is necessary to deeply establish business logic, SOP, and brand strategy in the headquarters (China) marketing department. Subsequently stationed in Singapore, collaborated with the company to establish and cultivate a local marketing team, responsible for the full chain business implementation of Singapore KOL outreach and Singapore market conversion.


2、Job Responsibilities:

Practical operation and conversion coordination: Personally manage the development of influencers on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, IG, etc., and combine independent site operation logic to optimize KOL referral pages, tracking links, and conversion funnels to ensure ROI compliance.

Team building and evaluation: Deeply participate in the recruitment of local employees in Singapore, and screen local talents with "internet literacy" and "independent data thinking" from a practical business perspective.

Localized Empowerment and Education: Responsible for the onboarding training of Singaporean employees, localizing efficient domestic processes such as alliance building, negotiation, content briefs, and independent site operation SOPs, and imparting them to the local team.

Deep cultivation of resources and channels: Leading the team to establish and maintain a KOL matrix in the global market, and implementing a KOL deep cooperation model.

Data monitoring and closed-loop: Monitor KOL content performance (interaction rate, clicks, conversions, repurchases, etc.), analyze traffic quality of various channels, and continuously optimize advertising strategies and ROI based on independent website backend data.

Culture and Performance Management: Responsible for breaking down local team KPIs, balancing high execution requirements in China with Singaporean workplace culture, and ensuring a stable talent pool for the team.


3、Job Requirements:

Dual experience: Having practical experience in operating independent overseas websites, familiar with the entire process of traffic conversion from social media to orders, and having more than 2 years of practical experience in overseas KOL marketing is preferred.

Teaching quality: Possess excellent methodology summarization ability, able to break down complex marketing actions into actionable documents (SOP), and have management or teaching experience.

Language and Culture: Proficient in both Chinese and English. Capable of using English as the working and management language, while seamlessly aligning with the domestic headquarters for business operations.

Talent identification ability: With sharp judgment of talents, it can assist the recruitment department in identifying overseas marketing talents who are "practical" rather than "theoretical".

Comprehensive traits: strong ability to withstand pressure, self-discipline, and flexibility. Capable of independently handling the challenges faced by Singaporean startup teams from scratch.
