In 2024, Kingdee has accelerated its overseas expansion, with operations across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Singapore serves as Kingdee’s regional headquarters for its overseas business, supporting international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard international and local channel partners to expand our ERP product’s presence in SME and enterprise segments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, sales workshops, and joint marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.

  • Co-develop business plans with partners and support execution to achieve mutually agreed KPIs.

  • Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, deal registration, revenue contribution) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and incentive programs.

  • Ensure partner compliance with Kingdee’s channel policies and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP, cloud software, or digital transformation solutions is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering results through indirect sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
