Partner Strategy & Operations Associate (COO’s Office)

Partnership Management:

• Establish strategic partnership programs with global technology companies, such as joint initiatives, early access programs, product integration, marketing collaborations and new market entry.


• Manage partnership programs from end-to-end, while ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.


• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to capture new commercial opportunities and technology adoptions.

Cross-Functional Project Support:

• Coordinate projects (e.g. new product rollouts, beta testing) across both internal and external stakeholders.


• Collaborate closely with internal departments to review commercial terms and secure necessary approvals.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

• Work with developers and business leads to track, escalate and resolve operational pain points.


• Act as a bridge between internal business units and external partners to navigate policy changes.


• Develop subject matter expertise in areas such as app store publishing practices, platform policies, and market regulations.
