The Role

The Partnership Executive will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth through referral networks and channel collaborations. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partners across the private sector ecosystem to create mutually beneficial opportunities that expand market reach and accelerate adoption of our HR digitalization solutions for local SMEs.

The successful candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, business development instincts, and the ability to collaborate internally to create impactful partner-led growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with industry players, organizations, associations, and influencers to generate partner referrals and drive channel sales.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their business models, needs, and objectives to create mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.

  • Drive partner recruitment initiatives by identifying potential partners, presenting partnership value propositions, and negotiating partnership agreements.

  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop partner referral programs, joint campaigns, and promotional initiatives to increase partner engagement and pipeline generation.

  • Enable partners with the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to effectively promote and refer our solutions.

  • Monitor and track partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner programs and maximize channel-driven revenue.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, ecosystem developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, channel sales, or account management.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities with the capacity to engage stakeholders across different organizations and seniority levels.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with SMEs, SaaS, HR technology, or digital solutions will be an advantage
