Description
Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliance Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with platform providers, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), e-commerce enablers, and regional aggregators to drive scalable merchant acquisition. -
Ecosystem Growth: Develop and execute a partnership roadmap that aligns with business revenue goals; focus on "one-to-many" distribution channels to expand the company’s market footprint in Singapore. -
Partner Enablement: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new partners. Create co-marketing materials, conduct product training sessions, and ensure partners are equipped to promote our payment solutions effectively. -
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners; conduct regular business reviews to optimize performance, resolve integration hurdles, and ensure a high-quality partner experience. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure partner integrations meet regulatory frameworks and technical requirements. -
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in the Singapore Fintech/E-commerce space to identify new white-space opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. -
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Partnership Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within Fintech, Digital Payments, or E-commerce. -
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singapore digital ecosystem. Existing relationships with local marketplaces, shopping platforms, or SaaS providers is highly preferred. -
Skills: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You should be a "connector" who can translate technical payment features into business value for partners. -
Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured programs from scratch. -
Language: Professional fluency in speaking and reading English and Chinese to engage with regional partners and stakeholders.
