We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Partnership Manager to lead the development and management of merchant and affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for building a high-quality merchant network, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of deals through cashback vendors and external affiliate platforms.


This is a high-impact role where your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to cultivate strong relationships will directly contribute to our growth.


What You’ll Be Working On:


Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.


Deal Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live — from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.


Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.


Affiliate Network Management: Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure partnership offers are successfully implemented and promoted.


What We’re Looking For:


5+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.


● Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.


● Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.


● Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.


● Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.


● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


● Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
