Job Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Identify, negotiate, review and close agreements with local and international partners (Acquirers, Payment Providers, Integration / Platform partners, etc)

  • Oversee the implementation of new partners that includes payment modes, payment methods, modification such as new settlement currency, features (eg. 3DS), applications, etc. This includes but not limited to:

  • facilitate the introduction and appropriate discussions between relevant RDP departments (such as Underwriting, Support, Finance, Sales) and the appropriate contacts of the partner

  • provide relevant integration documents

  • provide relevant test and production credentials where appropriate

  • During post implementation phase of the partnership:

  • act as the central point of escalation for any matters between the relevant RDP departments (such as Underwriting, Support, Finance, Sales) and the appropriate contacts of the partner

  • ensure that any issues raised by the partner are appropriately addressed in a timely manner

  • Develop close business relationships with existing partners

  • Analyze existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to unlock additional value for the company including incentive for implementation where applicable

  • Develop meaningful partnerships with potential local and international partners

  • Understand the details of our products/services and partner networks thoroughly

  • Share ideas and feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the company


Requirements:



  • Degree in Business with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

  • Good understanding of the ecommerce payment market would be an advantage

  • Problem solving and good analytical skills

  • Desire for continuous learning and self-development

  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious

  • Self-motivated with high level of energy
