About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and relationship-driven operations professional to support the management of a large portfolio of merchants and partners under a national membership rewards and engagement scheme. This role focuses on high-volume account servicing, stakeholder coordination, merchant onboarding, governance tracking, and campaign follow-through in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will work closely with external merchants/partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and strong partner retention across year-round campaigns and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Merchant & Partner Management

  • Manage ongoing operational and relationship matters for a portfolio of 200+ merchants and partners

  • Provide day-to-day account servicing and resolve operational issues promptly

  • Support merchant recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts

  • Maintain regular engagement to ensure relationship continuity

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the key liaison between external merchants/partners and internal teams

  • Coordinate operational matters and ensure timely follow-through

  • Support governance oversight and compliance with agreed terms

Pipeline, Governance & Tracking

  • Maintain merchant pipeline and track progress of leads and onboarding

  • Monitor contractual compliance and performance tracking

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of merchant activities

Campaign & Initiative Support

  • Support time-sensitive follow-through for multiple annual campaigns and promotions

  • Coordinate merchant participation for engagement initiatives and promotional activities

  • Track promotion submissions and ensure alignment with campaign timelines


Requirements

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in merchant/partner management, account servicing, or stakeholder coordination

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with excellent follow-through

  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with good coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or tracking tools familiarity is advantageous

  • Basic data tracking and reporting capability

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
