Job Description



We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our Growth and Intelligence Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.


From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.


For this internship, we will require you to commit 3 to 5 working days per week for 6 months. 


What you'll be doing:



  • Develop a strong understanding of Castlery’s brand identity, product offerings, and target customer segments.

  • Identify and recommend suitable influencers for brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.

  • Stay informed on trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts specific to the US market.

  • Manage influencer communications and inbound enquiries, with guidance and support from the team.

  • Contribute to creative content ideation for both evergreen campaigns and key sales periods.


What you'll need:



  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms—particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—with up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, content formats, and trending audio/content in the US market.

  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
