Our Client, the leading home appliance distributor in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Performance Growth Lead.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies for group company.

  • Drive profitable online sales growth through paid advertising, campaign planning, website optimization, and funnel improvement.

  • Recommend advertising budgets by company, brand, campaign, product, and expected commercial return.

  • Analyze performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, AOV, add-to-cart rate, checkout conversion rate, and product page conversion.

  • Develop monthly campaign strategies, including campaign themes, hero SKUs, promotion mechanics, bundles, vouchers, and landing page requirements.

  • Identify products with strong traffic but weak conversion and propose improvements to product pages, pricing, offers, content, or creative direction.

  • Review the customer journey from ad click to product page, add-to-cart, cart, checkout, and purchase to identify drop-off points.

  • Decide which landing pages, collection pages, or product pages should receive paid traffic based on campaign objectives and commercial potential.

  • Set SEO direction, including keyword priorities, collection page focus, internal linking direction, and content angles.

  • Work closely with the Social & Partnership Lead to align content, KOL support, and campaign messaging with business growth priorities.

  • Brief the Website & SEO Admin on website updates, SEO uploads, landing page changes, and page maintenance requirements.

  • Work with the Designer / Video Editor to request ad creatives, campaign banners, product visuals, and performance assets.

  • Prepare weekly growth reports covering results, key issues, actions taken, next actions, and support needed.

  • Manage outsourced execution support and ensure assigned website or SEO tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Work with management to align on product priorities, budget allocation, margin guardrails, and commercial decisions.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or D2C businesses.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce growth metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CTR, CPC, MER, and funnel conversion.

  • Able to analyze campaign and website performance and turn data into clear business recommendations.

  • Strong commercial understanding of product margin, advertising cost, promotion mechanics, and profitability.

  • Comfortable working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

  • Able to identify website conversion issues and translate them into clear briefs for website, SEO, design, or content support.

  • Experience in campaign planning, product prioritisation, landing page planning, and promotion strategy.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time.

  • Able to prepare concise weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations, not just screenshots or raw data.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.

  • Experience with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or marketplace performance dashboards.

  • Experience managing ad budgets for home, lifestyle, kitchenware, appliances, retail, or consumer product categories.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, landing page structure, product page optimisation, and content planning.

  • Experience working with creative teams to develop performance-driven ad assets.

  • Experience managing outsourced support or junior execution teams.

  • Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
