This is a remote role. Work from home most days and team meets in person when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms
Conduct market and audience research to uncover growth opportunities
Craft high-converting ad copies and messaging angles
Analyse data and turn it into clear, actionable insights
Run structured A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR and overall conversion performance
Manage budgets responsibly and ensure campaigns meet CPA and ROI targets
Keep up with the latest platform updates, tools and best practices in paid media
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Min. 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
