Your Day-to-Day Adventures
Development of performance marketing strategies that align with the brand portfolio and corresponding business units’ commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
Managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
Implementing tactics to improve website conversion rates and optimise user funnels for maximum performance.
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Collaborating with respective business units to maximize organic and paid search performance.
Managing digital marketing budgets effectively and allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for performance.
Setting up tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters and conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
Implementing marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about industry trends and best practices for digital performance marketing.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
At least 3–4 years of working experience in a performance marketing role
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other tracking tools to measure and analyse campaign performance
Able to commit a 5.5 day work week
Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM, Saturday/Sunday, 10AM – 2PM)
