Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads & Lead Generation)

Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns and landing pages focused on lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok ads, as well as the ability to build and improve landing pages for better conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
Build and optimise audiences (including lookalike audiences and retargeting)
Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve target cost per lead (CPL)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
Create, manage, and optimise landing pages for lead generation
Improve landing page conversion rates through testing (copy, layout, call-to-action)
Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, conversion tracking)
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
3 years Hands-on experience running ads with real budget (S$2k+/month preferred)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads is a plus)
Experience in building or managing landing pages (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, Leadpages, etc.)
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Familiar with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience in lead generation campaigns (e.g. beauty hair services, B2C)
Basic copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
KPIs:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead volume
Landing page conversion rate
Return on ad spend (ROAS), where applicable
