Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Digital & Performance Marketing (Education / Lead Generation)



Overview


We are seeking a data-driven and hands-on Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives across paid media, social media, events, and content.


This role focuses on executing and optimizing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for programs, events, and admissions initiatives. You will work closely with admissions, events, and internal stakeholders to improve marketing performance and conversion outcomes.



Key Responsibilities


Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization


  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to improve efficiency and cost per acquisition.

Performance Tracking & Insights


  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to improve results across channels.

Social Media Management


  • Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels to drive engagement and lead generation.

Event & Lead Generation Marketing


  • Support the promotion of events, workshops, and information sessions to maximize attendance and conversion.

Content & Copywriting


  • Create clear, engaging English content for ads, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.

Reporting & Dashboards


  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and lead funnel performance.

A/B Testing & Improvements


  • Support testing and optimization initiatives to improve campaign and user experience performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with admissions, events, and internal teams to support enrollment marketing goals.

Budget & Spend Monitoring


  • Track campaign spend and support efficient budget allocation across channels.

Lead Nurturing Support


  • Assist with email and remarketing initiatives to improve lead engagement and conversion.


Requirements



  • 2–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in education, events, or lead-generation environments

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting metrics, and campaign tracking

  • Strong English writing skills for marketing content and campaigns

  • Experience supporting lead generation or conversion-focused marketing initiatives

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns or timelines

  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally


Good to Have



  • Experience in education, training, or admissions marketing

  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)

  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools

  • Understanding of Singapore digital marketing landscape
