Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Google, social media, YouTube, programmatic, and publisher networks.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine targeting and performance.
Develop SEM strategies for Google and Bing Ads to maximise conversions and minimise CPA.
Manage social media and video ads, ensuring engagement, reach, and ROI.
Leverage programmatic platforms for precise audience targeting.
Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide optimisation insights.
Collaborate on ad creatives and stay updated on industry trends.
Manage budgets and generate reports with recommendations for scaling.
Requirements
Min. degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Certified in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with creative optimisation tools and techniques to improve ad performance.
Proven track record in managing multi-channel paid ad campaigns with strong results.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel).
Skilled in data analysis, audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
Experience in budget management, forecasting, and campaign optimisation.
