What You’ll Do

You’ll own performance outcomes end-to-end—planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive real business results.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube); experience with TikTok is a plus.

  • Own the full performance funnel, from traffic acquisition to conversion, with a strong focus on understanding customer behaviour and user decision-making at each stage.

  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify user drop-off points, friction, and behavioural patterns, and translate insights into optimisation strategies.

  • Optimise targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets based on how users interact with ads, landing pages, and conversion flows.

  • Actively manage and scale performance marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, CAC, ROAS, and overall user experience impact.

  • Collaborate closely with in-house designers and stakeholders to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that improve user experience and conversion rates.

  • Set up and run A/B tests and experiments across ads, audiences, messaging, offers, and funnel steps to improve user experience and conversion performance.

  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement, connecting performance data back to customer behaviour and journey insights.

  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep campaigns competitive and user-centric.

  • Report regularly on performance KPIs, clearly communicating behavioural insights, learnings, and optimisation opportunities to stakeholders.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience executing Meta and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving conversions and measurable growth.

  • Solid understanding of customer behaviour, user experience, and performance marketing funnels, ideally from an e-commerce or conversion-led environment.

  • Experience optimising landing pages, checkout flows, or lead forms with a strong focus on user experience and behavioural insights is a plus.

  • Comfortable analysing how users move through funnels, where they hesitate or drop off, and how to optimise touchpoints to improve outcomes.

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and conversion tracking setups.

  • Confident working with performance data, dashboards, and attribution models to inform user-centric optimisation decisions.

  • Analytical, structured, and outcome-driven, with the ability to balance data with empathy for the end user.

  • 5–7 years of relevant performance marketing experience, with significant hands-on execution.

  • Strong prioritisation skills in fast-moving environments with multiple live campaigns.

  • A good balance of analytical rigour, commercial thinking, and user-first problem-solving.

  • Collaborative, respectful, and effective when working cross-functionally.
