Permanent Part Time E-Commerce Assistant

We are an e-commerce company operating on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Carousell, and Amazon etc.

No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. This role is flexible and open to individuals with other commitments, such as full-time jobs or studies, as long as you can dedicate a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour per day but extendable. This position has been created to accommodate new marketplace fulfillment policies.

More about the role: As there are new platform requirements, we would need a permanent part-timer to pack orders that come in from 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. On average, there are about 4-12 orders. For campaign sale day, around 10 to 40 orders. Our orders usually come in after 6pm to morning, which our current staff will handle. We need this role to avoid penalties for not meeting the new requirement to fulfill orders up to 2pm. Our items are between 20g to 1.5kg.

• Flexible and negotiable schedule (e.g. depending on the day itself, if there is less, you can come in at 2pm and leave at 2.30pm. OR coming at 1pm and leave at 2pm etc. Able to discuss)


• Monday to Friday

• Air-conditioned environment, clean and comfortable office/warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare parcels for delivery


• Assist with additional tasks such as unloading stocks, uploading new product listings, editing images, and other e-commerce operations (optional and additional pay).


• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g., stock arrangement and repackaging)
