Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Production, Research & Development, Warehouse, and Plating Subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.

• Optimize the utilization of machinery and manpower through strategic planning and scheduling for production, plating subcontractors, and the internal plating department.

• Prepare and present weekly open orders reports for operational review meetings.

• Issue work orders, monitor their progress, and proactively coordinate with production teams to mitigate any risks to delivery schedules.

• Ensure timely issuance of raw materials and liaise with the Purchasing department to address new material requirements in line with incoming orders.

• Maintain agreed safety stock levels to support uninterrupted production.

• Verify the completion of all work orders prior to closure and generate reports on any outstanding orders.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• Oversee the production process by tracking progress and collecting output data to ensure achievement of production targets.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in planning software and MS Excel (advanced skills preferred).

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
