Platform Success Manager

About the role

As a Platform Success Executive at a start up company, Converging Koncept Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients on our innovative digital platform. This full-time position is based in the Singapore River Central Region and offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and performance of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, proactively addressing their needs and concerns

2. Analyse platform usage data and provide tailored recommendations to enhance client experience and drive increased engagement

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform improvements and resolve any technical issues

4. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed

5. Monitor key performance indicators and report on the health and progress of assigned accounts

6. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the reach of our platform within client organisations

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and customer success strategies

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing or account management role, preferably within the technology or digital services industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement

4. Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting, as well as a data-driven approach to decision making

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or technology
