Solution Consulting & Technical Discovery
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their technical requirements, business goals, and pain points across payment processing, digital assets, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and translate complex requirements into tailored solution proposals.
Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs that address specific client use cases.
- Develop sandbox environments and technical prototypes to showcase product capabilities (e.g. payment APIs, wallet integrations, on-chain settlement flows).
Sales Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to develop winning strategies for enterprise and fintech accounts.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate and persuasive technical content.
Cross-Functional Feedback Loop
- Relay prospect and client feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
