The Opportunity
The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience-led business models.
With governments in the region adapting to increasing citizen expectations, we require a Digital Strategy Principal based in Singapore, to lead and work on DSG Strategic Engagements. This role with work with the DSG Industry Practice leads across APAC (especially FSI, Retail, Travel, and Media), providing them senior leadership and executive presence in market!
What you'll do:
As a Digital Strategy Principal, you will both support the analysis for and lead strategy engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers on the biggest deals in APAC. You will be a Strategic Adviser who brings real-world digital transformation knowledge to customers across sectors to drive business growth, optimize customer experience, amplify brand awareness, lower costs and improve productivity.
For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts (in areas such as digital marketing, customer-experience design, digital analytics and Value modelling) to conduct analyses and interviews, develop insights, identify use cases, model commercial value and deliver your findings and recommendations – outlining the value potential enabled by Adobe solutions/technologies by industry.
You will represent Adode as a industry leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases, build cases for investment, and relevant research and thought leadership in your industry.
You will enable the field on key Industry POVs and how to have value led conversations also.
In addition to 1:1 DSG Engagements, you will also be involved in :
Building and nurturing pipe
Running Exec connects with C suite Industry executives
Working with Marketing to scale thought leadership an extend our reach
Presenting at external events and Adobe’s biggest conferences (e.g. Experience Makers)
Adobe’s vision for industry and aligning GTM & solutions
White space modelling to identify new sales opportunities
Enablement with the field (Sales, Renewals, SCs, Partner team, Product Marketing) and with our Partners
Work with field sales teams to understand and expand revenue opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify, accelerate and close sales pipeline
Facilitate 1:1 or 1:Many customer visioning workshops (Design Thinking or Strategic)
Contribute to practice development through thought leadership content, business benchmarking and assessments against leading practice
Represent Adobe externally and internally on industry sector, innovation and value management related topics
You will work with an experienced and motivated team, including alumni from top consulting firms and leading Digital organizations.
What you need to succeed:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Relevant experience in either the Marketing function within a leading company or A top-tier management consulting organization or A top-tier digital agency
Expertise in or working with Government
Experience in creating digital strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing – and a strong presenter
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
