Procurement & Contract Executive (Monthly salary up to SGD6,000)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant Business Groups to determine sourcing requirements and provide timely procurement assistance.

• Evaluate the outputs of designated external consultants, such as M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.

• Prepare documentation for pre-tender processes, tendering, cost management, and contract administration for development and procurement projects.

• Identify, assess, and recommend new Contractors and/or Suppliers that align with the needs of the Business Groups, following the selection and qualification procedures.

• Analyze and generate cost estimates to support decision-making.

• Monitor market trends and dynamics that may affect the availability and pricing of materials and services.

• Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms while maintaining all contractual agreements.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying and/or building procurement and/or supply chain management.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Resourceful, self-sufficient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Monthly salary up to SGD6,0000
