About the Role
We are seeking a Product & Customer Operations Specialist who will play a key role in driving product and market operations for the fresh food industry. You’ll be the link between customers, sales, and operations — ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and operational data to support decision-making.
Track and analyze KPIs such as GMV, gross profit, customer penetration, and retention.
Manage customer information and ensure timely updates of data and records.
Work with sales, finance, and backend teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery and after-sales support.
Develop operational strategies covering product listings, marketing plans, and customer solutions.
Handle end-to-end customer operations including quotations, invoicing, fulfillment optimization, and relationship management.
Provide data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
3–7 years of experience in operations within the fresh food industry (B2B or B2C).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills.
Resourceful, problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage complex operational challenges.
