Product Development Executive (e-Voucher) | Changi

P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in the aviation industry and we are looking for Talents to be a part of the Team!

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders for e-Vouchers by business entities based on approved issuance limits

• Respond to daily operations and system related issues on e-Vouchers which may include handling of escalations from users, tenants and systems vendors

• Develop training and refresher materials on e-Vouchers for tenants and frontline staff and conduct regular trainin

• Prepare reports on issuances and reimbursements of e-Vouchers for submission to Enterprise Performance and Development

• Provide support in reporting, reconciliation and reimbursement of e-Vouchers to tenants

• Manage user access from issuance and updating of login credentials and user reviews on the Rewards’ Tenant Declaration Portal

• Continuous refinement of existing processes using new products to further increase efficiency in e-Voucher management

• Apply investigational skills on checking members’ transactions to identify process and system gaps and loyalty fraud

• Follow up with tenants and members on potential or confirmed cases and process remediation and restitution on confirmed fraudulent cases

• Communicate findings and propose business process or systems improvement to management to better detect and mitigate potential fraudulent cases

• Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent professional qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required

• Basic knowledge in SQL and use of low-code tools such as Power Automate, Power App will be an added advantage

• Capable of communicating clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders

Working Hours / Location

• Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Changi Airport
