Product Development Executive

As part of our Product Development team, you will help transform fresh ideas into inspiring floral arrangements, hampers, and gift collections for key occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other seasonal celebrations. You will collaborate closely with florists, designers, and marketing teams to develop products that captivate and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Seasonal Campaigns

• Support the planning and rollout of annual and seasonal product launches (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).

• Contribute innovative ideas for new floral arrangements, hampers, and gift concepts aligned with current market trends.

2. Customer Quotations & Custom Orders

• Manage B2B and customised enquiries by providing suitable product recommendations and competitive quotations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy, feasibility, and fulfilment requirements are met.

3. Market & Trend Analysis

• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and packaging concepts for benchmarking and inspiration.

• Research emerging lifestyle trends, colour themes, and customer preferences to guide new product development.

4. Photoshoot & Visual Coordination

• Liaise with photographers, florists, and designers to ensure product styling reflects brand identity.

• Arrange and coordinate logistics for product photoshoots where required.

5. Retail Product Planning & Support

• Manage bi-weekly procurement of fresh flowers for retail outlets.

• Review sales performance, inventory levels, and upcoming occasions to optimise stock allocation across stores.

• Source and recommend suitable floral varieties and gift items for upcoming campaigns.

6. Administrative & Product Database Management

• Generate product codes and maintain accurate product database records.

• Keep proper documentation of samples, costing details, and development records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Interest in e-commerce, gifting, lifestyle, or F&B industries.

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to be hands-on in all aspects of product development.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
