Product Director – Digital Health, AI & Platform Solutions

My client is a global, well-renowned Platform-as-a-Service company recognized for driving innovation across industries.

We are looking for a Product Director to lead the transformation of a large-scale digital platform serving millions of users across Asia-Pacific. Positioned at the forefront of AI, digital health, and platform innovation, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of technology solutions in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmap across existing and new platforms

• Shape the direction for AI-driven features and innovations

• Monitor product performance and continuously improve user engagement and value

• Lead cross-functional teams — spanning engineering, UX, data, and product — to deliver at scale and ensure seamless execution

• Launch new “zero-to-one” digital products while modernizing existing platforms to meet evolving user needs.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and design

• Set clear direction and ensure strong execution of digital initiatives

• Promote agile ways of working and effective delivery processes

• Oversee integration of medical education content into digital products

• Build strategic partnerships to expand platform capabilities

• Drive user acquisition, adoption, and retention

• Use market insights to guide product improvements

• Align product features with commercial and customer needs

Requirements:

• At least 10–15 years of experience in digital product management with senior leadership exposure

• Strong track record of launching new products from inception to market success.

• Experience with AI-enabled products and complex digital ecosystems

• Background in SaaS, platform businesses, E-Commerce or digital health preferred

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives (including AI-related work)

• Demonstrate deep expertise in product lifecycle management and user growth strategies, with the ability to deliver measurable impact across large-scale platforms.
