About the role

The Product & Food Coordination Executive coordinates product development and launch activities across e-commerce, production, quality assurance, and commercial teams. The role supports the delivery of new product bundles, meal concepts, and value-added offerings, ensuring successful execution from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of new product bundles, meal solutions, and value-added offerings across e-commerce channels.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, specifications, and merchandising content across all online sales platforms.

  • Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the e-commerce team and internal production, quality assurance, supply chain, and commercial functions.

  • Support the development and launch of exclusive ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook (RTC) products for direct-to-consumer channels and membership programs.

  • Gather customer and market feedback to inform future product and meal concept development.

About you

  • Preferably 2–4 years of experience in product development, food innovation, or cross-functional project coordination.

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or related fields will have an advantage.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Comfortable working across commercial, production, and QA functions in a fast-moving environment.

  • Interest or background in food products, meal concepts, or FMCG product development.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent product workstreams.

  • Experience in the food manufacturing or food service industry is a strong plus.
