About the role
The Product & Food Coordination Executive coordinates product development and launch activities across e-commerce, production, quality assurance, and commercial teams. The role supports the delivery of new product bundles, meal concepts, and value-added offerings, ensuring successful execution from concept through launch.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the development of new product bundles, meal solutions, and value-added offerings across e-commerce channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, specifications, and merchandising content across all online sales platforms.
Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Serve as the primary liaison between the e-commerce team and internal production, quality assurance, supply chain, and commercial functions.
Support the development and launch of exclusive ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook (RTC) products for direct-to-consumer channels and membership programs.
Gather customer and market feedback to inform future product and meal concept development.
About you
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in product development, food innovation, or cross-functional project coordination.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or related fields will have an advantage.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Comfortable working across commercial, production, and QA functions in a fast-moving environment.
Interest or background in food products, meal concepts, or FMCG product development.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent product workstreams.
Experience in the food manufacturing or food service industry is a strong plus.
