Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced B2B Product Manager to lead the enhancement of our internal CRM, ERP, and POS systems, as well as other core business operation platforms. You will drive product strategy, manage cross-functional initiatives, and lead a remote team of Product Executives, ensuring our systems are well-integrated, efficient, and scalable to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for internal CRM, ERP, and POS systems.
Translate operational and frontline challenges (sales, store operations, finance, logistics) into clear and actionable product requirements.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Retail teams to deliver effective system solutions across online and offline touchpoints.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prioritization to testing, rollout, and post-launch improvements.
Lead and mentor a remote product team, building scalable product and delivery structures.
Drive system and process improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and operational needs.
Oversee user training, documentation, and adoption to promote best practices across CRM, ERP, and POS usage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably involving enterprise or internal business systems.
Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and/or POS platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or retail POS systems).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skils; able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Experience leading and working with remote teams.
Proficient in tools such as Excel, ClickUp, or similar project and product management platforms.
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives.
