Product Manager (Blockchain & Digital Assets)

Job Purpose

• We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of our next-generation digital asset platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of decentralized applications (dApps), liquidity management systems, and core financial modules, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the Web3 evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture: Lead the holistic planning and design of the digital business platform, covering core modules including User Asset Management, Order Matching Engines, Liquidity Management, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) systems.




• Decentralized Solutions: Drive the requirement analysis and solution design for distributed systems and on-chain interaction tools.




• DApp Ecosystem: Oversee the workflow design and implementation of decentralized applications, including Token Swaps/Exchanges, User Incentive Mechanisms, and Gamified Task Systems.




• Financial Innovation: Conduct deep research into innovative DeFi models (e.g., AMM models, Yield Strategies) and translate them into production-ready features.




• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Frontend, Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery from conception to Go-Live.




• Market Intelligence: Monitor global industry trends, producing high-quality competitive analysis and user research to inform product iterations.




• Technical Documentation: Deliver high-standard PRDs, workflow diagrams, and interactive prototypes; manage project execution, post-launch reviews, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with a proven track record in at least one of the following:

Development of DApps, Asset Management Tools, or High-Frequency Matching Systems.

Design of Web3 products, on-chain tools, or large-scale digital applications.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of on-chain interaction mechanisms, underlying blockchain logic, account abstraction, and transaction lifecycles.




• Domain Expertise: Practical experience or profound understanding of Liquidity Mechanisms (LP), Pairing Mechanisms, and Yield Strategy Models.

• Language Proficiency: 

 English: Professional fluency in written and spoken English to lead global product strategy and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Mandarin: Professional fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with regional technical teams, interpret technical documentation from Asian markets, and manage partnerships within the Mandarin-speaking blockchain ecosystem.

• Systemic Thinking: Experience in designing Economic Models (Tokenomics), User Growth Systems, or Incentive Frameworks is highly preferred.




• Soft Skills: Exceptional logical analysis skills with the ability to architect complex business processes and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.




• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a recognized institution 

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• In-depth knowledge of AMM (Automated Market Makers) and CLOB (Central Limit Order Books) principles.




• Experience in on-chain data analytics, algorithmic strategy tools, or yield enhancement systems.




• Ability to read and understand Smart Contract code (Solidity, Rust, etc.).




• Research experience in security models, anti-exploit mechanisms, and account security enhancement.
