We’re looking for a Product Manager, Digital Literacy to drive the growth of digital skills programmes that empower individuals to thrive in today’s workplace.
From digital tools and cybersecurity awareness to AI and emerging technologies, you will shape learning solutions that bridge the digital divide and enable career resilience across diverse learner groups.
Responsibilities:
• Own the Product Lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end product management—from ideation to launch and optimisation—ensuring strong market fit and learner impact
• Drive Revenue & Growth
- Manage product performance, budgets, and profitability while identifying new opportunities for expansion
• Build & Optimise Portfolio
- Use data, market insights, and competitor analysis to launch, enhance, or retire programmes
• Partner Across Ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, training, marketing, operations) and external partners to deliver high-quality programmes
• Leverage Funding & Policy Landscape
- Work with agencies such as SWDA and IMDA to maximise funding opportunities and ensure compliance
Requirements:
5+ years in product, curriculum, or programme management (education/adult learning preferred)
Strong track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle and business performance
Passion for digital literacy, workplace skills, and AI-driven transformation
Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate insights into strategy
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in training/education sector is a plus
