The Role: Product Manager, Digital Systems

• Develop and implement product strategies for assigned digital/data products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and overall platform direction.

• Maintain and prioritise product roadmaps, balancing user needs, stakeholder requirements, and available resources.

• Drive end-to-end product delivery, working closely with external development vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.

• Gather and analyse user insights through research and feedback channels to enhance product usability and value.

• Translate business and data requirements into clear product specifications for development teams.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including data owners and business users, to align priorities and manage expectations.

• Oversee data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within assigned products.

• Monitor product performance using defined KPIs, identifying areas for improvement based on usage and feedback.

• Support product launches and enhancements, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong user adoption across stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles, preferably managing digital or data-driven products.

• Proven experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.

• Familiar with working alongside external vendors or development teams to deliver product outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance diverse requirements and priorities.

• Good understanding of data concepts such as data governance, analytics, or system architecture.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions in dynamic environments.

• Exposure to tools such as SQL, data visualisation platforms, or cloud technologies will be advantageous.
