Your team
Product Manager will lead key initiatives in our mobile investment platform. This role is critical to delivering user-centric, compliant, and data-driven experiences that directly impact our growth, activation, and retention metrics.
Your role in the Team's Success
Product
As we scale, we are introducing new modules (e.g. improved onboarding, portfolio tools, gamified education, in-app deposits). This role is required to independently own the discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization of these initiatives.Data-Driven Growth & Retention
The PM will design and manage dashboards across Looker, Tableau, and GA4 to monitor adoption, user funnel drop-offs, and retention. Their insights will drive ongoing iteration, improving KPIs like D7 retention, funded account conversion, and product engagement.
What you'll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:
2–6 years of product management experience, ideally in mobile-first or fintech environments.
Strong instincts for UX, usability, and intuitive interface design.
Hands-on experience using BI tools to make data-informed product decisions.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional settings.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid product iteration.
Bonus:
Experience in Southeast Asia’s fintech or investment landscape.
Understanding of local compliance (e.g., MAS, CKA, onboarding flows).
Proven success in launching or scaling consumer mobile products in Singapore.
