Package Products:
Understand product specifications, functions, and performance across global markets.
Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to plan and execute deployment and maintenance strategies.
Participate in requirement gathering and product lifecycle activities for new offerings.
Conduct training and prepare documentation to support product promotion and sales.
Contribute to product innovation by analyzing market trends and industry needs.
Key Accounts:
Support key account customers with tailored solutions, from inquiry handling to deployment and maintenance.
Coordinate with HQ to understand project scopes and deliver region-specific support.
Lead continuous improvement for centrally managed AEP and Windows-based applications.
Qualifications
Business-level English proficiency (Japanese proficiency is a plus for communication with counterparts in Japan HQ as required).
Strong communication and coordination skills across multinational teams.
Project management skills (PMP certification is an advantage).
Analytical skills for performance data analysis and action planning.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Experience in market research and product specification documentation.
Customer service experience in both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related business field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in the software or Auto-ID product industry.
Proven track record in managing international projects across multiple regions.
Hands-on experience in software development and packaged product deployment.
Strong background in managing product lifecycles and roadmaps.
