Responsibilities: - Analyze and shape growth strategies for local services business, using data to guide decision-making and uncover new opportunities. - Develop growth strategies and product features based on market insights, data analysis, and user behavior research.

- Own the user lifecycle by setting and breaking down growth goals, tactics, and pathways. Build and refine growth metrics and strategic frameworks. Monitor progress regularly and diagnose performance issues.

- Identify new growth opportunities through industry research and internal data analysis, and design innovative initiatives to capture them.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in growth strategy.

  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in e-commerce, local services, or marketplace platforms.

  • Familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies.

  • International work or study experience.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and effectively leverage resources.
