Job Outline:
- Responsible to formulate and establish long-term and short-term Go-To-Market (GTM) and branding strategies to achieve the product specific goals.
- Responsible to establish the yearly marketing programs and target for your portfolio/products to increase market shares within the allocated budget.
- Responsible to effectively manage the allocated A&P expenditures of your products whilst ensuring proper segmentation/differentiation of brands in their respective therapeutics' areas.
- Responsible to provide mentorship to Product Executive under your guidance with a strong sense of business acumen and impactful judgments.
Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing
- To lead and provide directions to the commercial team
to establish and implement marketing activities to achieve product sales goals. - To develop & execute strategy and roadmap for existing & new brands.
- To identify business expansion opportunities based on
consumer/patients’ insights. - To perform in-depth opportunity/competitive analysis.
- To drive digital marketing & e-Commerce activities.
- To define metrics and KPI to measure the success of
the marketing campaigns. - To contribute to the consumer global healthcare brand
team for new product/s development. - To monitor the utilization of marketing A&P funds
effectively. - To support the sales team (Ethical & Consumer-Health) through joint-calls in the field for at least 2 days/ month (once bi-weekly).
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the
Management.
Duties and Responsibilities: Trade marketing
- To create and execute the trade marketing plans (Ethical & Consumer-Health) to drive growth of sales, market share and profits that is in line with the annual sales targets.
- To establish and confirm full year trade marketing activities with Key Chain Pharmacies, Hypermart/s, Government Institutes’ retail pharmacies and independent pharmacies.
- To collaborate and coordinate with sales, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution of the trade
marketing plan to gain maximum Return of Investment. - Ensure the development and utilization of all printed materials and displays adhere to local authority, internal and business
partners’ processes and guidelines. - To monitor the utilization of trade marketing A&P funds effectively.
- Establish strong business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, Category Managers and Directors in both Ethical &
Consumer-Health channels. - Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Science.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, in FMCG industry.
- Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel
and Power Point.
