The Job

  • Marketing Campaign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of engaging marketing campaigns targeting young adults and other key audiences, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including merchant account managers, business analytics teams, and other marketing functions, to seamlessly coordinate campaign activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Actively participate in negotiations with merchants to secure mutually beneficial partnerships and develop attractive promotional offers that enhance customer value and drive usage.
  • Creative Content Development: Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners, to effectively promote campaigns and engage our user base.
  • Campaign Implementation & Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of on-site campaign implementation, meticulously verifying that all promotional offers are correctly displayed, communicated, and executed across all relevant platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user data to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Leverage these findings to develop strategic recommendations for improving portfolio usage, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Operational Support: Provide essential administrative support, including contract management, campaign setup, and other operational tasks, to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution and portfolio management.



The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often with tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and detail-conscious approach with a focus on project delivery.
