Overview
Our client is a market-leading Regional Educational & Lifestyle Retailer.
We are seeking a proactive Product & Marketing Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the department. This role involves handling product enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate pricing information, and ensuring timely supplier payments. You will also monitor production timelines to ensure deadlines are met, while working closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support overall business objectives.
(Operations + Coordination + Marketing)
Salary: $2,000-$3,000 + AWS + Transport Coverage
Working hours: MON- FRI Office hours
Location: North East Singapore
Key responsibilities:
Support product enquiries and ad-hoc orders, working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams
Maintain and update pricing data and product information to ensure accuracy
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
Review marketing materials and coordinate production timelines to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Monitor production progress and liaise with vendors to meet deadlines
Assist in improving workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in product management or marketing coordination; experience in retail, publishing, or FMCG is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Resourceful with good problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
