Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end
Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new TikTok Local Services Affiliate product features. Drive market awareness and feature adoption, and collaborate closely with R&D teams to continuously iterate and optimize the product.
- Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and product teams.
Deeply understand and synthesize requirements from creators, MCN agencies, and merchants, ensuring product roadmaps align seamlessly with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Regularly produce market analysis and actionable insights to support strategic product planning and business decisions.
- Develop, document, and standardize operational methodologies, best practices, and benchmark case studies to empower internal and external stakeholders and improve collaboration efficiency.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving creators, Business Development (BD), and Product teams, ensuring the high-quality delivery of key objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, platform matchmaking, or a related field within the internet industry.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills.
- A highly self-driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in creator-merchant matchmaking platforms or affiliate product operations.
- Exceptional business logic and market acumen, with a proven track record in operating transaction-driven (e-commerce/O2O) products.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural and highly matrixed global organization.
